We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to be located in our Houston office. Responsibilities include managing recruiting function including employer branding. Maintain job descriptions and manage background check screenings. Manage employee relations and retention programs. Manage performance management and compensation programs including annual increase and incentive comp calculations. Coordinate visa programs for expatriate staff.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree along with 7 - 10 years relevant Human Resources experience. Must be detail oriented, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to changing priorities. Must have discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters. Must have ability to work successfully as a team member from a remote location. Excellent interpersonal skills, along with effective oral and written communication skills; Experience working in a global environment a plus.
