Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Nashville, Tennessee office. Responsibilities include:
-Reconcile inventory
-Issue debits to vendors and processors as required
-Process accounts receivables and issue credits
-Arrange payment to mills, processors and logistic companies
-Direct interaction with vendors' AR teams
-Direct interaction with customers' AP teams
-Research and resolve delinquent AR accounts to determine reason for non-payment
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, accounting and sales support knowledge, minimum of 5 years of steel industry experience, proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel; Access is a plus, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
