||Sales Coordinator - West Chester, Ohio (Posting #189)
We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our West Chester, Ohio office. Responsibilities include:
• Processing orders to suppliers
• Contract entry and invoicing
• Troubleshooting and monitoring customers’ account statuses
• Tracking and maintaining inventory levels
• Preparing sales and inventory reports
• Arranging warehousing and transportation and tracking deliveries.
• Summarizing and entering various sales data using Microsoft Office
• Monitoring customer credit limits and overdue balances
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, sales support knowledge, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office software and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
