Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Portland, Tennessee office. Responsibilities include:
•Tracks and maintains inventory levels. Reports inventory increases or shortages. •Arranges shipments to customers. •Summarizes and inputs various sales related data and creates various documents using Microsoft Office. •Communicates with customers and suppliers to answer questions, resolve general problems, and provide/receive general information. •Handles import and export transactions. •Monitors customer credit limits and overdue balances.
Qualified candidates will have a organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office software and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
