We are currently seeking a Manager, Administration for our New York Headquarters. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating office services and related activities for the General Affairs Department. Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture for all locations in accordance with company purchasing policies and procedures. Oversees policies and procedures for administrative functions including corporate stationary, business travel and other administrative activities as needed. Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas to maintain a professional image. Manages office leases including lease negotiations, relocations and space renovations. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Headquarters location including coordinating the resolution of office space issues such as office entry cards, general repairs and office maintenance. Support other office locations on these issues as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years office administration experience in a multi-state company. Three years experience supervising staff required. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and computer literacy are a must.
