We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for our Detroit office. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities by calling on accounts, providing quotes to customers and securing orders. Assists in maintaining current customer relationships. Reviews and negotiates settlement of claims/collections for assigned accounts. Monitors customer credit limits and inventory levels. Coordinates logistic issues by communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to fulfill requests. Works with staff members engaged in providing sales/client support, i.e. invoices, purchase orders and import/export documentation and monitoring credit limits.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree along with 5 years’ relevant experience. Steel experience required. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, detail orientation and computer literacy are a must.
