MISA Announces as of April 1, 2021, NEW Reorganization with Emphasis on MISA's Core Strengths as a Global Steel Trader and as a Leading Supply Chain Provider.

MISA announced as of April 1st, 2021, its trading divisions, formerly Division I and Division I, will be reorganized around its Metals Trade business and its Supply Chain Management business platform. The reorganization will emphasize MISA's core strengths as a global steel trader and a leading supply chain provider specializing in the trading of steel and aluminum products, inventory management, in addition to value chain creation using its processing and distribution operations.

Under the new organization, the Metals Trading Division will focus on pure steel trading transactions matching global suppliers with customers in local markets. The Supply Chain Management Division will provide a wide range of value-added services, including slitting, cut-to-length, Class 1 exposed automotive blanking, metal fabrication, and logistics and warehousing management to customers in all metals consuming industries.

The Metals Trading Division sales branch locations: Houston, Los Angeles, Vancouver Canada, plus its sales branches in Mexico.

The Supply Chain Management Division sales branch network spans from Cincinnati, Chicago, Detroit, Nashville to Toronto Canada; with processing centers located in Ala-bama, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Tennessee in the U.S. in addition to locations in Aguascalientes, and Queretaro Mexico.

MISA Building Products Group Division is not affected by this reorganization.
